Any brand names, logos, or trademarks displayed that are not owned by Slow Knife Design remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification or portfolio purposes only.

If you submit content to us through the Site (including messages, files, or feedback), you confirm you have the rights to share it and that it does not infringe any third-party rights. You grant Slow Knife Design™ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use that content solely to evaluate your enquiry, communicate with you, and perform requested services.

4. Portfolio Work

Any work displayed on the Site is shown for demonstration and promotional purposes.

Where client work is displayed, rights and ownership depend on the applicable client agreement. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, no licence is granted to you to reuse, reproduce, or adapt any portfolio work you see on the Site.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Slow Knife Design™ is not liable for any loss or damage arising from or connected to your use of, or inability to use, the Site. You agree to indemnify and keep indemnified Slow Knife Design against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Site, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
