Thank you for purchasing our product(s). Our Refund policy covers aspects of our business that we have direct control over and does not cover the actions of third parties.
We guarantee:
- To deliver high-quality products.
- To deliver the product you ordered and the quantity you ordered.
If your order has arrived damaged, Slow Knife Design is not liable to issue a replacement as well as deal with any claims with any third parties. We will make sure to pack everything in the best way possible to protect our product(s) and avoid any damage that might occur in transit.
If you are not satisfied with your order, please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving your order, we will work hard to respond to your requests within 1 business day and we will do everything we can to assist you.
To issue you a refund, we require a photo to clarify the issues with your order and may also ask that you ship back the products to us.
Slow Knife Design will not issue any refund for return shipping costs on the products being returned for change of mind.
The product must be in the same condition as well as the same packaging that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive the item, we will inspect it to make sure that it is in perfect condition and then we will process your refund.
The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase.
For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged or has sings of been used and mistreated in any way, or you have initiated the return process after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

We operate from Monday until Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time we will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment next working day and delays will be kept to a minimum.
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
We will only dispatch the orders to the address associated with Paypal.
